For example the Hideaway at 6 mile. I suggest to contact a Travel Agent.

- What is the cost of renting a three bedroom (above average) apartment in PNG especially around the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG)
I am not aware of any (above average) apartments around UPNG. The closest "apartments" would be at the Islander Village or possible in the Gordon's area. These can range from K650 to K1500 per week. (At the time of replying K1 = about 37 to 38 US cents). "Above average" is very subjective depending on what you call average. i.e. above average to someone from a remote pacific island could possible be below average or not even meet your minimum standards.
Of course my standards could be a lot higher than yours or maybe they are lower. I would hazard a guess that _ALL_ expat accommodation is way above average for a typical PNG worker who has just arrived from a remote village. If you normally live in a mansion then very few places in PNG would meet your expectations.

- Are there any resorts close to Port Moresby?
Loloata Island Resort is a small intimate resort just 15 kilometres from Jacksons International Airport in beautiful Bootless Bay. Access is by boat and it offers a pleasant alternative for an overnight stopover and is a popular venue for Port Moresby residents to spend a day away from the city.

Freshly caught reef fish a speciality. Windsurfing, kayaking, swimming, fishing, relaxing. Dive shop, regular trips to Lion Island for snorkelling. Scuba trips to Horseshoe Reef Marine Park and its wrecks operate daily on the MV Dive Loloata.
Also do a search for March Girls Resort. It is further down the same road that goes to Loloata but closer to Gaire.

- Could you please specify the best nice place (house, condominium, apartment) to live in Port Moresby with full facility and safety?
It would be best to stay in a hotel for a couple of days and inspect what is available at the time of your arrival. There are many "nice" places to stay but whether they are vacant or not is another matter.

These pages need your help - If you know an answer to a FAQ about PNG that isn't here or is here and is wrong please let me know. Ask a question - Submit a questionPlease note that this is not "Ask Jeeves" - you cannot type a whole sentence as your query. Enter a single word, a phrase, or several words and press search.
Please remember that this is a FAQ database about Papua New Guinea.
Doing a search for PNG or New Guinea or even P.N.G will probably not return much. Keep the search simple. i.e. if you want to find out the population simply enter "population" without the quotes. There is no need to have PNG / P.N.G or whatever in the search string.
Also - Spelling is important searching for 'inkom' will not return items related to 'income'. If you are searching Lady Carol Kidu just enter Carol Kidu or even Kidu. You are not searching the WWW only these FAQ's so the topic has already been narrowed to PNG related topics for you.
